• Onboarding/Registration for issuance of Medical Smart Card for self & dependents.

• List of ONGC Empaneled Hospitals across the country with contact details & direct calling as well as email facility.

• List of ONGC Doctors work center wise with contact details & direct calling as well as email facility.

• Admission request generation for Indoor/Daycare Admission & intimation of status in the mobile app as well as through SMS.

• No need of taking hard copy of referral letter from ONGC Office.

• Flexibility of availing treatment anywhere in the country just by producing the medical smart card in any of the ONGC Empaneled Hospital.

• The cards will be printed centrally at ONGC Office, DUB, Vasant Kunj, Delhi.

• The cards of regular employees & their dependents will be distributed through concerned In charge HR-ER of their posting location.

• The cards of Retired beneficiaries would be sent to their address by post or will be distributed from the respective SEE. The status of card print could be seen in the mobile app itself. The status of card dispatch could be enquired from ONGCAReS helpline.

• Yes you need to get them updated in your medical smart card by visiting the Kiosk at ONGC Work center later on whenever the Covid-19 situation improves.

• At present this has not been kept mandatory due to ongoing Covid-19 pandemic.

• Regular Employees would be able to do so while they are going to office.

•However retired employees may avail the opportunity depending upon their convenience & Covid-19 situation. Identity authentication would be established at empaneled hospital through Facial OR Finger print biometrics.

Duplicate ONGCAReS Medical Smart Cards may be required in the following scenario:

1. Card lost due to any reason by the beneficiary.

2. Error in the data uploaded by the beneficiary during registration especially photograph inadvertently & the card was already printed To make the duplicate card following process is required to be followed:

• Beneficiary will intimate the information of card lost/error on toll free no 9711035158, 9953590337 or through mail at ongccares@ongc.co.in for disabling the medical card issued earlier.

• Beneficiary would make the payment of Rs. 250/- all inclusive at ongcindia.com by clicking the Pay button placed on the right uppermost corner of the home page.

• Beneficiary would validate his/her identity by entering the details like employee/ex-employee, CPF Number, Mobile Number, purpose of payment etc. on the webpage.

• Purpose of payment will be “duplicate ONGCAReS Medical Card”.

• After successful payment, beneficiary will send the request for making duplicate card along with the payment details to ongccares@ongc.co.in.

• Once the payment status is confirmed, the onboarding would be rolled back & beneficiary would be intimated to register again in ONGCAReS and after registration duplicate Medical Smart Card shall be issued to the beneficiary.

You could apply/register for ONGCAReS card by following the undermentioned process:

• Download Mobile Application of ONGCAReS through play store/app store on your smart phone & follow the registration process.

Note: Pl Keep CPF No., Date of Birth & Aadhaar Card/Voter Card/Passport handy before starting the registration process.

• In the first instance employee will be required to register for self & the registration of dependent family members will only be possible after the successful registration of the employee.

• OTP for all the dependent family members will be sent on the employee’s mobile number registered with ONGC.

• Registration for ONGCAReS could also be done through intranet on laptop/desktop computer by clicking on the following link: https://ongccares.ongc.co.in/ongcweb within ONGC Office premises.

• Beneficiaries who do not have smartphone may request their near/dear ones to do the registration on their behalf from their smart phone or visit Kiosks stationed in ONGC Offices.

Pl call on ongccares helpline number & mail your concern at ongccares@ongc.co.in immediately to block your card printing & request to enable you to again upload the correct photograph.

Pl take the following precautions:

• Pl ensure that your room/area is well illuminated & light is not coming from behind you.
• Pl be steady while taking the photograph & you could even keep the mobile on mobile stand.
• Once you see the green tick mark & you are satisfied with the photograph displayed press the proceed button.

Subsequently you will be able to preview the medical smart card. Click proceed button only when you are satisfied.
